Electric December is a Watershed project with support from Bristol City Council as part of Fresh Flix 2010 Fresh Flix 2010 (Wed 17 Nov - Wed 1 Dec 2010, Bristol, UK) is presented by Encounters International Film Festival and Watershed.

What are we looking for:

* Short films under 5mins long.
* Any genres and production techniques (animation, documentary, drama, experimental, etc...) except for advertisements.
* Made by young people (under 21 years old) from Europe.
* Completed after September 2009.
* In English or with English subtitles
* Must only contain images and sound that you have permission to use.
* Only show people in the film who have agreed to be in it.

Asociatia Colors, impreuna cu Dram Center 07 Sibiu, Muzeul Casa Muresenilor Brasov si Casa de Cultura a Studentilor Sibiu lanseaza in Brasov si Sibiu campania „1001 culori si povestile lor” care are ca scop promovarea lucrurilor pozitive si a culorilor din cele doua comunitati.

Campania face parte din proiectul „Coloreaza-ti comunitatea” finantat de catre CEE Trust, in cadrul caruia Asociatia Colors lucreaza cu doua echipe locale de bloggeri si ONG-isti pentru a identifica elementele reprezentative ale fiecarui oras si dorintele tinerilor fata de dezvoltarea orasului in care traiesc. In ultimele 4 luni ei au avut mai multe intalniri de planificare, precum si un schimb de experienta, in timpul caruia au realizat mii de poze, din care 1000 vor aparea pe site-ul campaniei.

This call for proposals is based on the Decision No. 1720/2006/EC1 establishing the Lifelong Learning programme (LLP) which was adopted by the European Parliament and Council on 15 November 2006, amended by Decision No 1357/2008/EC, adopted by the European Parliament and Council on 16 December 2008. The programme covers the 2007 to 2013 period.

Linguistic diversity is a fact of life in Europe. The European Union is committed to preserving and promoting this key feature of our cultures. In the updated European Strategic Framework for Education and Training post 2010 the ability to communicate in foreign languages is considered a key competence. A labour force with practical language and intercultural skills helps European enterprise to compete effectively in the globa marketplace enhances its own employability, and it is crucial for economic growth and better jobs.

The objective of the call is to award a grant for the organisation of two competitions for short audiovisual productions in two successive years (one competition in 2011 and one in 2012). The competitions and the resulting audiovisual short productions are aimed at the promotion of language learning with a focus on the benefits of Europe's linguistic and cultural diversity.

Regio sprijină dezvoltarea microîntreprinderilor productive şi a celor prestatoare de servicii care utilizează potenţialul endogen al regiunilor (resurse naturale, materii prime, resurse umane etc). Mai mult, microîntreprinderile vor fi încurajate să utilizeze noi tehnologii, echipamente IT, având un rol primordial în creşterea competitivităţii şi productivităţii.

Finanţarea microîntreprinderilor are ca scop sprijinirea continuării procesului de restructurare şi redresare economică a zonelor aflate în declin, îndeosebi a oraşelor mici şi mijlocii, întrucât acestea creează locuri de muncă şi au flexibilitatea necesară să se adapteze cerinţelor unei economii de piaţă dinamice.
