* Summary: Funding programme for general information and communication activities concerning the European integration.

* Title of the call: Support for European discussion projects organized by non-governemental organisations for 2004
* Who can apply: Associations - Federations - Unions

* Regions concerned: EU Member States, Acceeding countries, Candidate countries, EEA countries (Norway, Island and Liechtenstein)

Objective:

To support discussions conducted by players in civil society on subjects relating to European integration and the future Constitutionnal Treaty of the Union

Financed Actions:

Debates, seminars and conferences, events, establishment of network, publications, IT products and radio and television broadcast.

Priviliged Subjects for debate:

* Governance and European citizenship in the context of the new Constitutionnal Treaty

* The European social model

* Achieving enlargment

Intercultural dialogue
